The hotel had great facilities, including a fantastic swimming pool and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly helpful in giving directions and recommendations for getting around the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options such as the L-Bus to the beach and downtown, as well as the 3-Bus to nearby shopping malls. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, helpful staff, and convenient transportation options were the best aspects of my stay.

Easy access to transportation, with buses taking us to the Beach, Miami Beach, downtown, and the malls.
Reception and lobby were poor and uncomfortably hot.
Lack of amenities in the room, such as a couch or TV, made it inconvenient for families with kids.
We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotlessly clean, with new furniture and all necessary amenities provided. The hotel facilities, including the pool with inflatables and umbrellas, were perfect for relaxation. The location was conveniently situated, just a short drive from downtown and surrounded by numerous restaurants. We also appreciated the ample parking options available, both on-site and on the side road. The friendly staff added to our enjoyable experience.

The hotel had a great location with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby and a quick drive to the beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Jessica and Marvin. The room design was minimalist and efficient, and the bed was comfortable. The pool area was enjoyable, and the hotel had strong wifi. The hotel was pet-friendly and even offered free stays for emotional support animals.
