The staff were terrific and provided prompt and polite service. They offered a free shuttle to the Miami Marlins baseball game, saving us frustration and confusion. The free breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff quickly refilled items. The room was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly quiet, even though it was near the elevators.

The staff were terrific, greeting us immediately and providing a quick and efficient check-in process. We were pleasantly surprised when the gentleman at the front desk offered to drive us to the Miami Marlins baseball game. This saved us from the hassle of finding parking and made our stay even more enjoyable. The free breakfast had plenty of delicious options to choose from and the staff were attentive in refilling items quickly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall modern look of the facilities added to the pleasant experience.

The hotel's location, right next to an expressway and close to the hospital, was also very convenient for our medical purposes. the staff, cleanliness, and convenient location were the best aspects of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and engaging, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded our expectations, with the housekeeping staff doing an excellent job. The breakfast provided was surprisingly good, with a variety of options including delicious eggs. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to both the UHealth hospital and other medical facilities we needed to visit. Additionally, it was only a short walk from the hotel to our workplace, making our commute convenient.
