The room was comfortable, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, with easy access to shopping malls like Dolphin Mall and Miami International Mall. The hotel was also conveniently close to the airport, making transportation a breeze. Plus, there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff at the front desk was professional, friendly, and helpful, even when we arrived late at night. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of options, from yogurt and bagels to pancakes and warm cinnamon rolls. The parking was excellent, and there were plenty of spots available. The hotel's location was convenient for easy shopping and close to the cruise port and Carnival office.

The hotel facilities were great, including a 24/7 coffee and tea station that we really enjoyed. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the airport and everything we needed. We were able to explore the city easily, as it was close to city place and an outdoor mall with lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
